GEEZ another guy with glasses, what the hell Jing :V
Ok hear me out, this guy was in a way a pre-cursor to Justin... So they are kinda sorta similar but they are two separate characters of their own of course. Anyway, Mr. Lace is a newer-ish character of mine... This is a touched up tegaki I did not too long ago... Done in a sort of poorly executed J C Leyendecker style. In general his story Is all a just for fun side story of my own :3 I don't think you guys know how badly I wanted to saturate this in texture, orz.
